Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Urdu tools, contact pages, upload utilities, analytics, cookies and advertising-supported content.

Last updated: June 6, 2026

Overview

Unicode to InPage Pakistan respects user privacy and aims to collect only the information needed to operate, secure and improve the website. Visitors use our pages to convert text, extract text, read guides, find Urdu fonts and contact us. Some features work in the browser, while upload-based tools may process a file for the selected function. This policy explains what information may be collected, why it may be used and what choices visitors have. It is written for transparency and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

Information you provide

You may provide information when you send an email, submit a contact message, request support, report a bug, subscribe to updates or send a copyright or privacy request. This information may include your name, email address, message content, page URL, screenshots, sample text and any details you choose to include. Please avoid sending sensitive personal data unless it is necessary for the request. If you send us a message, we may use it to reply, investigate the issue, document a request or improve a page.

Tool input and uploaded files

Text entered into browser-based tools may be processed locally in your browser where the tool supports that workflow. Upload tools, such as PDF extraction, Word extraction or OCR, may need to send a file to the application server so the selected conversion can be completed. We do not ask users to upload confidential files and we recommend using non-sensitive documents whenever possible. Automated text extraction can require temporary processing, and users are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether the tool is appropriate for their material.

Automatically collected information

Like many websites, we may receive technical information such as browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location based on IP address, referring page, pages visited, time spent, error logs and general usage patterns. This information helps us understand whether pages load correctly, which tools are useful, where alignment problems occur and how to protect the site from abuse. We use this information in a practical, aggregated way where possible rather than to identify individual visitors unnecessarily.

Cookies and advertising

The website may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality, analytics, security and advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies enable it and its partners to serve personalized ads. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and they can also manage cookies through browser settings. If other ad networks are used, their privacy choices may also apply.

How information is used

Information may be used to operate tools, respond to messages, improve conversion accuracy, fix bugs, measure performance, prevent spam, maintain security, comply with legal requests, manage copyright notices, display advertising and improve page design. For example, if many users report that a converter output breaks a specific Urdu character, we may use the report to improve mapping logic. If a page has poor desktop alignment, technical feedback may guide design changes. We do not sell personal messages submitted to us.

Third-party services

The website may rely on hosting providers, analytics providers, email services, anti-spam systems, advertising networks, browser APIs and open-source libraries. These services may process limited information according to their own policies. We choose services for practical website operation, but we cannot control every third-party practice. Visitors should review relevant third-party policies when they interact with advertising, embedded content, browser extensions, external links or services outside our domain.

Data protection choices

You can limit data sharing by using browser privacy settings, blocking cookies, clearing local storage, avoiding sensitive uploads, using private browsing, opting out of personalized ads where available and contacting us about privacy concerns. Some features may not work correctly if cookies, JavaScript or upload permissions are disabled. If you believe we hold personal information from a contact request and want it corrected or deleted, email us with enough detail to locate the record.

Children and sensitive users

The website is intended for general educational and utility use. It is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Students may use tools for Urdu assignments, but they should avoid submitting private school records, identity documents or sensitive family information. Parents, teachers and guardians should guide younger users when they use online tools. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a contact message, contact us so we can review the issue.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website grows, tools change, advertising services are added, legal requirements evolve or security practices improve. The Last updated date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of Unicode to InPage Pakistan after a policy update means you accept the updated policy.
